Valentine’s Pasta Salad

Featuring our Keto Lite Italian Dressing


    • Valentine’s themed pasta of your choice
    • 1 pint grape tomatoes (halved)
    • 1 diced red bell pepper
    • 1 can of chopped black olives
    • 8 oz. cubed salami
    • 8 oz. pearl mozzarella
    • 7 oz. cubed Pecorino Romano
    • 1 ¼ cup of our Keto Lite Italian Dressing


1. Carefully cook your pasta while throughly following the directions on the package. If you overcook, the pasta will lose shape.

2. Add diced red bell pepper, pint of halved grape tomatoes, can of black olives, cubed salami, and two cheeses in a large bowl or container.

3. Carefully add in the Valentine’s themed pasta with the ingredients.

4. Pour 1 ¼ cup of our Keto Lite Italian Dressing on top of the pasta salad and gently stir.

5. Let the pasta salad sit for 2 hours in the refrigerator and then stir again when serving. Enjoy!
